"Between 1978 and 1995, Dirk Maggs transformed the sound of BBC Radio Drama. Starting as a Studio Manager and moving into Light Entertainment, he pioneered the 'Audio Movie™' style, bringing cinematic sound effects and fast-paced editing to the airwaves."
